On December 9th, 2009, Michael Joseph Bjelajac received a unanimous vote of confidence from the brethren of Gate City II and became Master of the Lodge at age 30. There have been only seven younger and all of them were elected Master prior to 1930. Worshipful Master Bjelajac takes the helm with an ambitious agenda including an eight part series of presentations on culture and religion (open to the public), two GA CHIPS events, and the 5th Annual Lodge Retreat. With active past masters and a great officer's line to assist him, Mike feels confident that 2009 will be a banner year for Gate City II and a benchmark for the Craft.
